From procurement to installation and wiring, from BOXEXPERT you don’t just get the housing, we offer complete solutions. We also integrate assemblies provided by you into the housing according to your technical drawing. We are happy to advise you already during the conception phase.

We carry out the following work in the course of component installation:
Selection and procurement of components
Our technicians will discuss with you which components are required for your application. Based on an extensive database of different manufacturers, we will find the most suitable solution for you. If you have already selected components, we take over the procurement process, which minimizes the number of different suppliers for you.
Assembly of additional components
We are happy to mount components from external suppliers such as terminal blocks, top-hat rails, power supply units or similar according to your specifications. Furthermore, we also offer the installation of our own accessories such as cable glands, cable bush ings or pressure compensation elements to provide you with a complete solution beyond the raw housing.
Wiring according to your circuit diagrams
Many of the BOXEXPERT enclosures, such as the Hanse, St. Pauli or Michel series, already offer metric pre-stamping for cable entry. Combined with our cable glands, connecting cables can be routed out of the housing, taking into account the specified degree of protection. BOXEXPERT wires the components inside the enclosure according to your circuit diagrams and, if necessary, leads the assembled connection cable to the outside, protected against the ingress of dust or water.
Plug assembly
If power or data lines are routed to the outside via plug connectors or connection sockets, BOXEXPERT offers the assembly of the connection lines with the plug connection selected by you. Whether crimped or soldered, by means of an electrical test and final documentation, you will receive the plug & play solution from BOXEXPERT for the integration of your desired enclosure into the existing application on request.
Integration of buttons and electromechanical switching elements
Especially the compact enclosures of the BOXEXPERT series Elbe or Alster are perfectly suitable as operating enclosures. BOXEXPERT equips the housing according to your technical drawing with buttons, membrane keyboards and electromechanical switching elements, which are either provided by you or purchased and installed by us.
Marking of cables and components
In the course of the assembly of the cables and components, BOXEXPERT carries out the clear marking of the respective components and thereby facilitates the subsequent operation under consideration of the safety aspects as well as a possible certification of the entire application.
Testing and documentation of functionality
The installation of further components results in additional tests with regard to safety and functionality. If these components are installed by BOXEXPERT, a final inspection and detailed documentation of the enclosure system is also carried out. Even system-critical points such as electromagnetic compatibility (EMC for short) are tested here. In the course of this, it is possible to react at an early stage, for example by using shielded cables and EMC cable glands, even before this has an effect on your system. A comprehensive documentation of the functions, used parts and respective measured values provides you with the necessary information for a possible certification of the complete system.
